Online Family & Systemic Organizational Constellations Facilitator Training
with Michelle Blechner
Hosted by Susan the Sage & Macha Einbender Via Zoom
A 120-hour professional teacher training in Family &
Systemic Organizational Constellation work
Presence over fixing.
Ethics over performance.
Depth over speed.
A Training in Presence, Frequency, and Relational Resonance
This 20-week, 120-hour online teacher training is designed for practitioners who are ready to teach and hold Family & Systemic Constellation work with depth, ethical clarity, and embodied presence.
This is not a fast certification or a technique-driven course.
It is a slow, intentional transmission—one that allows learning to integrate at a somatic, relational, and systemic level.
You will be supported to:
• Sense and track systemic movement
• Facilitate without force or fixing
• Hold constellations with ethical restraint
• Develop authority rooted in presence, not performance
